If you follow my work for some time, you’ve probably seen the San Francisco versions of these paper town posters I made a few years ago. Inspired by all the colorful house and symbols of the city, I was as inspired by this little town called Sayulita – el pueblo magico!
I am now taking custom orders, email me if interested, price is to be determined on the size of the frame, number of houses and details.

I am happy to finally introduce the paper skull from my latest collection I’ve been working on these past couple months while in Mexico. It comes in silver and gold on white. It is now in the shop and there is more to come!!
I had this post ready about 3 moths ago but I didn’t find the time to publish it and not having internet in our home here in Sayulita doesn’t help! So here you go, better late than never!
After 8 years in San Francisco, a new chapter in our life started with a 6 months break in Sayulita. We finally made the move to Mexico after falling in love with Sayulita a couple years ago. Here we are getting inspired and working on new projects (while Lula goes to school), learning Spanish, explore Mexico and finally getting ready for our move to Los Angeles in the Spring.
Just a couple weeks before we left San Francisco, we had all our friends and Lula’s come over for a little Mexican Fiesta in our backyard celebrating her 3rd birthday and saying goodbye. We had a wonderful time and it reminded me how lucky we are to have met all these beautiful and talented people and we miss them a lot! But of course we expect to see them all again, if not in Sayulita, maybe in LA!
Some super cute cookies I had made by xo bakes! A big success with the kids.
I made this paper cow skull (now in the shop!), a paper cactus I recycled from an old styling project and some paper tissue fans I picked up at my friend’s Oh Happy Day shop. The paper flowers are from a Mexican shop in our neighborhood.
Rare photos of us 4, thank you so much Sabrina for capturing this moment!

It’s been a long time since I posted anything on my blog. A lot has happened since October including our move to Sayulita, Mexico for 6 months! I have a lot of photos to share from our incredible life here but first: Anouk’s birthday! About a month and half after our arrival, November 19th to be exact, we celebrated the 1st birthday of our precious girl Anouk! Here are some photos of the party. I had a lot of fun making this giant pinata version of my paper flamingo!
Not a party without balloons!
It was a really fun day, really really hot too! So the girl had to escape from the sun for a little moment to enjoy some popsicles inside! Anouk too! I think she got a little taste of all of them.
and a few photos my friends Lea took that I love:
Best friends! Lula and Bahia.
Sabrina Bot came over our house a couple weeks ago to shoot a feature for the beautiful online shop Noble Carriage. I was offered to choose 2 different outfits for the girls from the shop. A super fun bambi dress by Mini Rodini and gorgeous knitwear by Misha and Puff!
