We had a fabulous weather this weekend and took this photo yesterday at Baker beach in San Francisco. A diy tent with a few wood stick found on the beach, a couple blankets and her moses basket. You should have seen her face, she was so happy she kept smiling and Lula was very envious.
I know we’ve already said goodbye to summer about a week ago but it doesn’t feel quite yet like fall in San Francisco. September and October are usually the best months of the year (I mean they are my favorite) where we can enjoy really nice and warm days. But I am excited for cooler days, sweater weather and getting cozy for the arrival of our baby girl in November, so soon!
For now, I am remembering the wonderful time we had in Greece with my family this summer. My parents rented a house on the island of Paros, in a charming little village called Parikia. Lula and I, my parents, my sister and brother in law all met for 12 days. Only my husband had to stay in San Francisco for work and my brother in London. Next time maybe! It’s so rare to be able to all meet at the same time in one place now we all live in different countries.
It was such a nice and relaxing trip. Walking around the little streets of Parikia, visiting other villages on the island like Naoussa, take the boat to beautiful beaches.
You might have seen these photos already if you follow me on Instagram.
My girl! I love this photo of her with the pink door so much! Those little legs!
And that blue! I want to go back!
Looking at these photos of me in these dresses makes me realize how much my belly had grown since! I was around 25 weeks pregnant in France. Have you seen my pregnancy style feature in MOTHER mag last week? I was wearing the same dresses at 31 weeks.
I am super honored to be featured with my girls in my favorite magazine MOTHER today! Here are some of my favorite shots captured in our home by Sabrina Bot. Check out the interview and see more photos here.

A few weeks late because I am now 30 weeks! We got back from France a couple weeks ago and I have been catching up with work! A recent collaboration with PlayStation and some exciting new products coming soon in the shop. So I haven’t had much time to update the blog recently, but I am back!
I miss Greece already, but the weather has been really nice in San Francisco since we got back, I can still wear dresses and I hope I will be able to until baby arrive, it is so much more comfortable! September and October are my favorite months here, they can be really warm, much warmer than July and August when it’s usually foggy and cold.
Dress – Sandro, Sunglasses – Illesteva, Sandals – Old Navy, Basket – Vintage
I fell in love with this dress as soon as I saw it in the shop and had to get it even if I know I won’t be able to wear it for long with my fast growing belly (good thing I got it on sale)! Sadly our family vacations in Greece came to an end. It was such a fun and relaxing trip. The island of Paros where we spent the week is super charming, we loved walking around, eating Greek food, shopping for souvenirs and taking the boat to beautiful beaches. I’ll post more photos next week.
We are back at my parent’s in Lyon (France) and celebrated Lula’s second birthday today with my family. I can’t believe she is 2, just like that. I remember every details of the day of her birth like it was yesterday. And I can’t believe she is going to be a big sister in 3 months!!! I am now looking at the date on my computer and read August 22nd, my due date is November 22!
Enjoy your weekend!
PS: Lula and I are featured on Babiekins Magazine today, I answered a few questions about art and motherhood, check out the interview here!

Enjoying the pool and eating a lot of popsicles. I can never eat mine entirely or I have to hide because as soon as she sees me she says “glace, glace!” and I have to give it to her…
Catching up with my favorite french magazines by the pool and discovering a lovely article featuring my paper bunny trophy in As you like magazine.
Shopping for our baby girl arriving in 3 and half months! Spending a lot of time at Les Puces du Canal de Lyon and finally found the rotin crib I dreamed about! And a matching bed for Lula’s dolls, a few pillows and blankets, baby shoes…
Taking summer baths windows opened in my parents nice and bright bathroom with her new friend.
Going to the carousel at least once a week if not every day!
Going for walks, making friends at the playground and hanging out with her bff (the dog!).
It feels so nice to spend the summer in France, having the time to relax and go to my favorite places. I love to see Lula getting to know the family better, calling them by little nicknames. We are all going to Greece next week for 10 days and I am so excited about it. My parents rented a little fisherman’s house on the Paros island.
I hope you are having a wonderful summer! Follow our adventures on Instagram!
I hope you had a lovely weekend!
I spent most of mine working, wrapping up some clients projects and orders from the shop before Lula and I leave for a month and half (maybe two) tomorrow! London, France and Greece… I seriously can’t wait!
I was so envious of Lula’s pineapple sunglasses from Gap kids but couldn’t find them in my size so I had to make myself paper ones! And this is what I plan on doing for these next 2 months… a much needed vacation and I am so happy Lula will get to spend a lot of time with our family and friends.

I am so excited to share with you about Quinny’s new special edition South Beach Collection. This gorgeous Zapp Xtra stroller was offered to us last week and I couldn’t wait to go on a stroll with Lula. How cool is this pink pastel color with accents of neon?! It fits perfectly with our colorful world and just in time for summer. As soon as we unfolded the stroller, Lula jumped in it ready to go! And trust me, it hasn’t been easy having her stay in her stroller lately.
That face! Lula is wearing a Zara jumpsuit, Vans and Hello Shiso hairpin.
I am wearing an Ace & Jig hoodie (one of my favorite brand! they have the softest fabrics, so comfortable! if only I could own all their dresses and shorts!), Zara denim dungarees, jellies from American Apparel and earrings bought in an Arizona Indian’s reservation last summer.
I just realized while looking at the photos that we were so in a rush to get outside with it that I forgot to remove some of the white protection pads near the wheels haha!
Thank you again Quinny for this super cool stroller, it will sure come with us on many adventures this summer!
And if you too are not afraid of colors and want to brighten up your day with a fun stroller, you can buy it at Albee Baby (on sale now). It also exists in a soft blue with neon green accents!
